Rajagopalan - Director
A Graduate in Civil Engineering and Member of The Institution of Engineers (India), Association of Consulting Civil Engineers and The Indian Concrete Institute. He has wide experience in the construction industry. He has helped build over 2 million sq ft of industrial, commercial and residential projects. He has had extensive exposure in infrastructural planning, execution and management, and has attended various international symposiums & seminars on modern building technology.

S K Ramakrishna - Director
A Post-graduate in Commerce from Bangalore University, he has a total industry experience of over 12 years in software, BPO, construction and the Tech Park business.

Dr V S G Rao - Vice President
A Doctorate in Engineering from IIT-Bombay, he has more than 15 years of industrial experience in the fields of infrastructure project management, design & operations of chemical manufacturing facilities, captive power plant, etc. He was instrumental in the ‘concept to commissioning’ of a 4 x 1 MW natural gas based co-generation power plant, which has been recognized as the best efficient co-generation plant (80%) in its category. Prior to joining Velankani, Dr Rao was associated with E I DuPont India Pvt Ltd. At Caliber Dr Rao promotes all business development and project management activities.

Vinayak Bhat - General Manager
A Graduate in Technology from the prestigious Bombay University, he has spent more than 16 years in the operations of large manufacturing units. He has been instrumental in implementing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Six Sigma (Green Belt), and safety systems in various organizations.

Sindhu Cherian- Design Head
A Bachelor of Fine Arts from Bombay University, she has total industry experience of over 14 years in graphic design, interiors and landscaping.

Anju Prakash- Company Secretary and Legal Counsel
A Bachelor of Commerce, ACS and LLB, she has total industry experience of over 7 years in the legal aspects of manufacturing, software, BPO and the Tech Park business.

Lt Col Naveen Mehrotra (Retd) - Senior Manager, HR and Operations
An economics graduate from the Delhi University with a diploma in Management, he served with the Indian Army for over 15 years before joining Caliber. He has vast experience in man-management, operations and harnessing resources for project implementation.

Jayesh Dubey- Senior Project Manager
A Bachelor of Engineering, he has total industry experience of over 12 years in Networking, Software BPO and the Tech Park business.

Sujatha Deshpande - Architect
Diploma graduate from Rachna Academy of Architecture, Mumbai. She comes with over 9 years of experience of handling various prestigious projects for offices and residences.
